The goal is to acquire practical knowledge in responsible sourcing and smart agriculture technologies necessary for building a sustainable supply chain. In particular, through hands-on training, one will learn cutting-edge technologies used in smart agriculture demonstrations (such as unmanned rice harvesting and drone-based fertilizer application), advanced food processing and storage technologies, as well as the latest safety and health management methods. Afterward, the foundation of product development, utilizing market research and analysis skills, will be learned, with the ultimate aim of gaining a comprehensive understanding of these total management methods.

持続可能なサプライチェーンの構築に必要な責任ある調達とスマート農業技術の実践知識を修得する。特に、最先端の技術(無人機での稲刈り、ドローン肥料散布など)を用いたスマート農業実証の最先端技術や、高度な食品加工・保管技術と最新の安全衛生管理手法を現場研修を通して学び、理解を深める。その後、市場調査分析能力を活用した製品開発の基礎を学び、最終的にはこれらのトータルマネジメント手法について理解していく。
